We do the most to ensure all ingredients are sourced from local farmers, producers and bakers. The closer we can get; the better!
We are passionate about creating as little waste in our bakery as possible. Check out our initiatives here.
Our donuts only get sold day of. If they don't sell out (ha!) We send the leftovers to a nearby farm for them to make bread pudding. Visit here!
